1. The 7-Night Sleep Trial
We offer a 7-night risk-free trial on select mattress models purchased directly through our website (https://matprro.com).

Adjustment Period: Your body needs time to adjust to a new mattress. We require that you sleep on your new Matprro mattress for a minimum of 15 nights before initiating a return request under the trial policy.

Return Window: If you are still unsatisfied after the 15-night adjustment period, you may initiate a return within the 7-day window from the date of delivery.

Condition of the Mattress: To be eligible for a return under the 7-night trial, the mattress must be returned in good, sanitary condition.
2. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
To protect the health and safety of our team and customers, returns and refunds will be strictly voided under the following conditions:

The mattress exhibits physical damage, cuts, or tears to the fabric.

The mattress has liquid damage, stains, bodily fluids, or odors.

The mattress is returned without its original brand tags or labels.

Damages caused by improper use, such as resting on an uneven surface, improper bed frame, or incorrect cot size.

The mattress was purchased through an unauthorized third-party retailer or distributor (returns must be handled through the original point of purchase).

3. How to Initiate a Return

Approval & Pickup: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will schedule a pickup. Please pack the mattress securely using the original packaging materials if available, or suitable heavy-duty plastic to prevent damage during transit.
4. The Refund Process

Inspection: Once the returned mattress is received at our facility, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions outlined above.

Approval: If the inspection is successful, we will process your refund.

Timeline: Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days after the inspection is completed. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. Exchanges and Damaged/Defective Items on Arrival
