We are proud to offer shipping to most major cities and towns across India, including Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Bhopal, Indore, Bangalore, and Delhi NCR.

Free Delivery: We offer free standard delivery to select regions, including comprehensive free delivery across Maharashtra.

Remote Areas: If your pin code is in a highly remote or restricted area, our checkout page will indicate if delivery is possible and if any additional shipping fees apply.

4. How Your Mattress Arrives
To make moving your new bed as easy as possible:

Your Matprro mattress is compressed, rolled, and safely packed into a convenient, heavy-duty box. This allows it to easily fit through narrow doorways, stairwells, and apartment elevators.

Simply unbox the mattress in your bedroom, carefully cut away the plastic wrapping, and watch it expand to its full size within 24 to 48 hours.

White-Glove Service: In select cities, our delivery partners may assist with doorstep drop-off, basic unboxing, and potentially taking away your old mattress. Please inquire with our support team if this service is available in your zip code.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking link and courier details. You can use this link to monitor your mattress’s journey to your home in real-time.
6. Receiving Your Delivery

Availability: Please ensure someone is available at the provided shipping address to receive the package on the scheduled delivery day.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
