We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, sizes, and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
3. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery to most major cities in India. Delivery times are estimates (typically 3-7 business days) and are not guaranteed.

Free delivery is offered in select regions as explicitly stated during the checkout process.

Matprro relies on third-party logistics partners. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays caused by weather, road blockages, or other logistical issues beyond our control.
4. 7-Night Trial and Returns (Online Purchases)

Matprro offers a 7-night trial on select online mattress purchases.

If you are not satisfied within the 7-day window, you may initiate a return for a refund.

The mattress must be returned in good condition. Products with physical damage, stains, or liquid damage will void the return eligibility.

Once a purchase is finalized beyond the trial period, the refund amount cannot be initiated.
5. Warranty Terms & Conditions
Our mattresses are backed by a prorated warranty ranging from 2 to 10 years, depending on the specific model. The following conditions strictly apply:

Proof of Purchase: Warranty is applicable only if the mattress is purchased from an authorized Matprro dealer or directly from our website. The warranty card and original cash memo/invoice must be preserved and produced at the time of a claim.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

Stains occurring on the mattress tapestry after unpacking or removing the packing/poly bag.

Cloth damage or tearing during usage.

Side depression of the mattress.

Size variations reported after 5 days from the date of purchase.

Opening of stitches (both quilt and tape edge) reported after 15 days from the purchase date.

Damages due to infestation by insects, rodents, or natural calamities.

Damages or sagging due to improper cot size, an uneven resting surface, or improper structural design of the bed frame.

Smells occurring during usage in enclosed environments, moisture from air conditioners, excessively wet surfaces, or liquid spills.

Personal preferences in comfort level.

Depressions of less than 1.5″ in a 5″ thick mattress, and less than 1″ in a 4″ (or less) thick mattress. (Note: Slight initial depression as the mattress conforms to your body shape is normal).

Replacement Process: In case of a warranty claim, the customer must bring the mattress to the point of purchase. The customer must bear all transportation costs and handling charges toward the replacement.

Prorated Rebate: If a mattress is discontinued, you will be provided a new mattress in the same price range. Replacements are calculated on a prorated rebate based on the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) at the time of the exchange date. For paired mattresses, only the sagged mattress will be replaced unless the customer pays the difference to replace both.

Final Decision: The company’s decision regarding the nature of the defects and the applicability of this warranty will be final.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website.
7. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Vinesh Industries (Matprro) and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matprro and its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of our products or the website.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Claims, if any, arising from the warranty or these terms will be restricted to courts within Delhi Jurisdiction only.
